GoAliens brings the complexity of deploying, operating and governing it together in one platform.
Which intelligence executes and where.
Visible state, provenance and anti-invention controls.
Passive and active RAG, graph, document index and records.
Packaged know-how and operator code.
Declared contracts for what the agent can touch and change.
What wakes it up, at opening or mid-conversation.
Stages, nodes, branches and the goal compass.
When it raises its hand, transfers or moderates.
WhatsApp, email, providers, health and inbound routing.
Synced HSM templates and sends inside or outside the window.
Multi-replica mailbox, closures and no-response policy.
Thread and variable inheritance, with a hop limit.
Focus lists, sweeps, retries, sending and per-contact restart.
Re-engagement, park and resume, closure after silence.
Stages, per-turn position judge and output-to-stage mapping.
KPIs, status signals and bulk operation.
Case records, catalogues, products and business data.
Identity, promotion and the dossier carried into the prompt.
What it remembers across runs and conversations.
Granular RBAC, encrypted secrets and visibility boundaries.
Call-level x-ray and persisted verdicts.
Linted releases with tested, reversible changes.
Quality flywheel and knowledge-gap detection.
Chain-aware testing and non-blocking probes.
Budget-aware operation with measured latency.
GoAliens adapts to the processes, systems and rules that make each business different. These are not prebuilt agents: each deployment is configured around the operation it must execute.
You do not choose an agent from a catalogue. We configure the one your operation needs.
GoAliens is an enterprise platform for designing, connecting, deploying and governing AI agents that execute real work across your processes. Each agent uses your organization's knowledge, systems, tools and permissions. You do not choose one from a catalogue: you configure the one each operation needs.
Each agent changes. Control remains.
It can be a system you can see, configure and govern. Piece by piece.
Adoption does not stop at the first one. An organization that sees results wants ten or twenty: one per process, channel or team. None of them stays static. Processes, configurations and policies change. With hard-coded logic, every change becomes a slow, risky manual intervention multiplied by the number of agents.
GoAliens ships as Docker containers. You land them in your cloud, or in your own datacentre, and that is where they stay. Conversations, knowledge and credentials live inside your perimeter — not on servers of ours. The model is called with your own keys, or against your own endpoint.
Images that run wherever you put them, orchestrated by the Kubernetes you already operate. No proprietary agent phoning home.
Not married to a provider. The same build runs on the cloud you already pay for, or on metal you own.
It can run with no outbound internet at all. In that setup the agent points at a model served inside your own network, and the perimeter never opens.
The whole deployment is driven from the platform. Building an agent and putting it in front of customers takes no infrastructure work.
GoAliens is not a closed catalogue of prebuilt agents. You define the objective, knowledge, flow, tools, rules, channels and success criteria for each agent. The roles below are examples of what the same platform can become.
Works contact lists over WhatsApp, qualifies real interest and drops whoever is going nowhere — before a rep spends an hour on it.
Qualifies, quotes from your real catalogue and hands a warm contact to a human at the exact moment it stops being useful.
Reads real availability, books, confirms and reschedules against the system you already run.
Answers from your documentation and nothing else. When it does not know, it says so and escalates — it does not invent.
Follows up on its own cadence, remembers every previous conversation and knows when to stop insisting.
Reopens with the customer who went cold, carrying what already happened between you. It does not start by asking who they are.
Confirms orders with suppliers, chases delivery dates and raises a flag when something slips — against your ERP, not a spreadsheet.
Builds the quote, the PDF, the report — with your own Python code running inside the platform — and sends it in the chat.
GoAliens combines what the organization needs to authorize an AI deployment—security, governance, quality and cost control—with what the technical team needs to take it into production: a durable runtime, integrations, grounded knowledge and APIs.
Most platforms hand you a transcript. We hand you the x-ray of every single call: the exact prompt that went out, the tools that were offered, the one that was chosen, the tokens that were cached, what it cost, and the verdict of the supervisor watching the agent.
GoAliens covers the complete operating cycle of an agent: designing its behavior, grounding it in company knowledge, connecting it to tools and channels, publishing controlled versions, operating conversations and learning from production evidence. Every component shares the same context, permissions and traceability, so agents remain manageable as their number and complexity grow.
Define identity, global instructions, model, visual flow, conditions, triggers and guardrails; publish versions and roll back when necessary.
Combine documents, catalogues, knowledge graphs, contact memory and accumulated experience, with retrieval that declares provenance and enforces a relevance floor.
Give each agent controlled access to HTTP services, isolated Python functions, structured variables, generated files and the channels where it serves.
Manage projects, contacts, focus lists, campaigns, pipeline and follow-up while durable sessions preserve context across time, channels and replicas.
Apply granular roles, deterministic guardrails and scoped keys; inspect every turn, evaluate outcomes, audit changes and convert findings into a better version.
Bring one real process — the one that eats your team's day. We map it, build the agent, and you watch it work on a live conversation before anything touches your customers.
