Use cases · By industry

One engine.
Every industry.

GoAliens adapts to the processes, systems and rules that make each business different. These are not prebuilt agents: each deployment is configured around the operation it must execute.

Your industry

You do not choose an agent from a catalogue. We configure the one your operation needs.

Design a use case →
INSIDE EVERY DEPLOYMENT · THE COMPLETE SYSTEM

Everything an agent needs to operate.

GoAliens is an enterprise platform for designing, connecting, deploying and governing AI agents that execute real work across your processes. Each agent uses your organization's knowledge, systems, tools and permissions. You do not choose one from a catalogue: you configure the one each operation needs.

01Objective 02Knowledge 03Tools 04Permissions 05Success criteria

Each agent changes. Control remains.

01 — THE SYSTEM

Building an enterprise-grade
AI agent does not have to be
a black box.

It can be a system you can see, configure and govern. Piece by piece.

02 — THE REAL PROBLEM

The problem is never the first agent. It is the second, the tenth—and every change after that.

Adoption does not stop at the first one. An organization that sees results wants ten or twenty: one per process, channel or team. None of them stays static. Processes, configurations and policies change. With hard-coded logic, every change becomes a slow, risky manual intervention multiplied by the number of agents.

BAY 01 — WHERE IT RUNS

The container is not a metaphor

GoAliens ships as Docker containers. You land them in your cloud, or in your own datacentre, and that is where they stay. Conversations, knowledge and credentials live inside your perimeter — not on servers of ours. The model is called with your own keys, or against your own endpoint.

Docker · Kubernetes

Images that run wherever you put them, orchestrated by the Kubernetes you already operate. No proprietary agent phoning home.

Cloud-agnostic

Not married to a provider. The same build runs on the cloud you already pay for, or on metal you own.

Air-gapped

It can run with no outbound internet at all. In that setup the agent points at a model served inside your own network, and the perimeter never opens.

Low code

The whole deployment is driven from the platform. Building an agent and putting it in front of customers takes no infrastructure work.

BAY 02 — WHAT COMES OUT

Configure the agent you need

GoAliens is not a closed catalogue of prebuilt agents. You define the objective, knowledge, flow, tools, rules, channels and success criteria for each agent. The roles below are examples of what the same platform can become.

Prospecting

Works contact lists over WhatsApp, qualifies real interest and drops whoever is going nowhere — before a rep spends an hour on it.

Sales

Qualifies, quotes from your real catalogue and hands a warm contact to a human at the exact moment it stops being useful.

Scheduling

Reads real availability, books, confirms and reschedules against the system you already run.

Reads availabilityBooks in your systemConfirms and follows up

Support

Answers from your documentation and nothing else. When it does not know, it says so and escalates — it does not invent.

Retrieves with provenanceApplies the relevance floorEscalates when needed

Collections

Follows up on its own cadence, remembers every previous conversation and knows when to stop insisting.

Resumes the caseUses the permitted windowRecords the outcome

Retention

Reopens with the customer who went cold, carrying what already happened between you. It does not start by asking who they are.

Supply chain

Confirms orders with suppliers, chases delivery dates and raises a flag when something slips — against your ERP, not a spreadsheet.

BAY 03 — TWO MANIFESTS

A platform the business can approve and the technical team can operate

GoAliens combines what the organization needs to authorize an AI deployment—security, governance, quality and cost control—with what the technical team needs to take it into production: a durable runtime, integrations, grounded knowledge and APIs.

For the ones who sign

Control you can actually show

  • 01Nothing is a black box. Every turn keeps its record: what the agent was told, what it decided, which tool it called, what it cost. You can open any conversation and read it.
  • 02Audited as software, not as a demo. Reviewed against OWASP with SAST in the pipeline, a controlled dependency supply chain, and credentials encrypted at rest.
  • 03Permissions per module and per action. Who can publish an agent is not who can read a conversation, and neither is who can export contacts.
  • 04Quality is measured, not claimed. An evaluation layer scores conversations against the goal you set and shows you where the agent drifts.
  • 05Cost is visible per conversation. Tokens and spend per turn, per agent, per model — before the invoice, not after.
For the ones who build

A real runtime, not a prompt box

  • 01Durable sessions. Turn-based transport with lease, save points and burst mailbox — it survives restarts, replicas and a customer who answers three hours later.
  • 02Your Python is a tool. Paste a function, declare its inputs and outputs, and the model can call it. It runs isolated, with no access to any platform secret.
  • 03Grounded retrieval. Vector plus a knowledge graph plus a faceted filter, with a relevance floor — if nothing clears the bar, the agent says it does not know.
  • 04Model-agnostic. Anthropic, OpenAI or your own endpoint, switchable per node. The reasoning node and the answering node do not have to be the same model.
  • 05Everything has an API. Sessions, turns, contacts and campaigns behind scoped API keys. The product is also a backend.
BAY 04 — THE GLASS BOX

Open the container mid-flight

Most platforms hand you a transcript. We hand you the x-ray of every single call: the exact prompt that went out, the tools that were offered, the one that was chosen, the tokens that were cached, what it cost, and the verdict of the supervisor watching the agent.

When something goes wrong, you know why Not "the AI hallucinated". You see the retrieved chunk that was thin, the variable that was never captured, the tool that timed out.
The agent cannot invent a fact Numbers, prices and file links belong to the runtime, not to the model. If it writes one it did not earn, the turn is bounced back before the customer ever sees it.
A supervisor rides along A second model judges each conversation against the goal, marks the stage it reached, and flags the ones a human should read.
BAY 05 — THE COMPLETE PLATFORM

Build, operate and improve agents in one system

GoAliens covers the complete operating cycle of an agent: designing its behavior, grounding it in company knowledge, connecting it to tools and channels, publishing controlled versions, operating conversations and learning from production evidence. Every component shares the same context, permissions and traceability, so agents remain manageable as their number and complexity grow.
